Thank you for the question.
1. For this, I will recommend using a Xprofile Geo location field plugin instead.
Please search for it. There are atleast 2 available. They will allow you do do this.
2. I am sorry, there is no direct solution for this is no direct solution. You can achieve it using Repeater field in BuddyBoss or the following plugin in BuddyPress

Do they provide a shortcode for the user dashboard? If yes, you can use BuddyPress User Profile Tabs Pro plugin to achieve the same.

Hi,
Your problem is caching. Try ctrl+F5 for hard refresh and you will see it working.
For some reason your site cache is causing it. When I do a hard refresh, The user gets restricted to their profile only.
