Hi Tony,
Currently, we ar eusing following command to extract an image"ffmpeg -i {$file} -ss 1.5 -progress {$log_file} -vframes 1 $cover_file_path";It extracts 1 frame from your video at default resolution and uses that as cover.
Currently, we are not aware of a better way to do it as a generalization, so there is not much we can offer with it.

Hi Tony,
Seems you have the cron tab configured as I can see some videos got converted.Since the cron jobs are user specific, you can check it by using the command
crontab -eto see if you added for the WordPress install or not.
PS:- Next private message will provide details on what needs to be done in future if you need to recreate it.

OOps, I was incorrect.
The preview generation is supported in the current version. I thought, It was still a work in progress.
The current video is not showing that as I had re queued it from your errored out file.
Please try uploading a new file and see if it generates or not?
PS:- I did not check the cron job, do you have it setup?

Hi Tony,
The current version does not support auto thumbnail. It makes the videos playable on web.We do have a version in work which supports thumbnail. I will be checking with my team to see where we are on that and will update you on Monday.
