    Thank you.

You are right about the complexity of multiple BuddyPres setup on multisite.

I look forward to hear your experience.

    Regards

    Hi,
    Welcome to BuddyDev support forums.

    There are 2 possible reasons:-

    1. MemberPress applying restrictions on BuddyPress page
    2. Or BuddyPress page not being configured.

My expectation is the first case. Try disabling MemberPress BuddyPress integration(if you have it enabled) and then taking a look at the BuddyPress directory pages to see if there are still any restrictions applied.

If that still does not work, I will suggest approaching MemberPress support.

    Regards
    Brajesh

    Hi Casper,
Thank you for reporting the issue.

We had disabled the default BuddyPress notifications for comment. If it is still going on with actual comment, this is a bug and we are going to look into it.

Can you please confirm that you are not using any external plugins for handling notifications/emails etc(If you are, Please share the name to allow us look into it).

    Regards
    Brajesh

    Hi,
    Thank you for the reply.

I see your need for multi network plugin. I had disregarded the fact that you will need separate user bases.

The plugin had a different use case. It was written when BuddyPress could only be activated network wide(that is not the case anymore). You will still need it to separate the userbase though.

    Hi,
Thank you for purchasing from us.

You can set that option in the Dashboard->Settings->BuddyPress User Contact Form.

The current setup allows admins to receive the email(if you tick the option of admin acknowledgement) as well as the users will get it.

If you want the emails to go to admin only(not the users), Please allow us 2 days, we will put an option to avoid sending email to user.

    Thank you
    Brajesh

    Hi Bruno,
    Thank you for the reply.

    1. BuddyPress activity stream is not built for this use case. we could exclude users bu role/type but that means adding a sub query/passing values and as the user list grows that becomes problematic.

It is not a problem if you are going to have say upto 4000 users but it will be a problem if the user list is 40000+ or so.

We can assist you with code to separate stream by role or member type but we will not be able to assist with performance as the site grows. If that is acceptable, Please let me know and I will share the code.

    Regards
    Brajesh
