Thank you for posting.
BuddyPress 12.0.0 will be release on October 31 and we are going to add compatibility to all our plugins by October 25 or earlier.
It is not a priority for release currently but we are updating our plugin internally to meet the timeline.Thank you

Let me know if you see multiple member type fields there? That could be one of the reason.If not, Please let us know and we will test the same with Kleo theme.

While adding a sub tab, Please select “Available for” -> All Members.
Visible for -> “Profile Owner”. Please make sure all other options in visible for is un-ticked and it will act as a private sub tab.Hope that helps.

Hope you are doing well too.At the moment, we don’t have a way to allow non logged users to upload. WE may by pass it by attributing all uploads from non logged user to one of the pre designated user if that works.
It is doable if we go with that approach.
