There is no way to do so with php currently(limitation of BuddyPress/BuddyBoss).
You may use javascript to do that.

Hi,
You can use the “Link” option to add the tab which will lead to the linked page.We do not have any option for opening it in new window. This is neither supported by the BuddyPress or BuddyBoss platform.

Those are saved in your database and that’s why they don’t seem to be translatable. They are saved when you published/updated the post form.Please edit your post form and update the title/excerpt and emails as you need.

I have updated it to show the number for default tabs.2. Please update to latest version. We have updated our localization files. You should be able to translate them now.
3. Yes, but not like directory. It allows users to post to those category and if someone clicks inside the group on those categories, the category will be shown inside the group with all posts scoped to it.
