    Hi Romanzy,
You were using wrong channel for support. We do not provide support via email.

I do help when I can via email. But email support is not guaranteed nor we promise that in our membership.

I get anywhere from 30 to 150 email from various channels in a day and there are many times when something gets skipped.

I will suggest posting on forums in future for any support related request. You will get far better help as it is dedicated for support purpose.

Now coming to your current questions:-

    1. BuddyPress 2.9 changed the way field descriptions were shown and that’s why you were seeing it twice in admin. We had a fix for front end but we did not include admin option. It is fixed in 1.1.5. Please upgrade
    https://buddydev.com/plugins/buddypress-member-types-pro/

    2. You are seeing it twice as your theme is adding one time and another one is added by the plugin.

If your theme has option to disable it, please disable it. Otherwise, you can disable the member type added by the plugin from the Edit Member Type field(The Show on directory) option.

    Best Regards
    Brajesh

    Hi Leland,
The following string is used for tab title

    Gallery <span>%d</span>

Can you please check if you used this or something else?

    Thank you

    haha, you are welcome 🙂

Users with no member type- It means the group of users who don’t have any member type associated. BuddyPress uses it for all the Non Logged In user as well as Logged In users who don’t have any member type.

    Best Regards

    Hi,
    Welcome to BuddyDev forums.

Please visit Users->Profile Fields and edit the Member type field.

On the edit field, you will see Member Types meta box on the right. Please make sure you have selected all the boxes there.

The problem you are facing happens when a site has member types. BuddyPress lets users associated field visibility with member types and that causes this issue.

Please try and let me know if that works or not?

    Regards
    Brajesh

    Thank you Hugo.

Sorry, It is not feasible to track the sub site and do it as the registration/activation process for the multisite is a multi step process and will be way beyond the scope of this widget.

    Marking it as resolved.

    Regards
    Brajesh

    Hi Jonathan,

    Welcome to BuddyDev forums.

May I know if the problem is happening on iphone?

Also, which theme are you using? If it feasible, please link me to the screenshot of the problematic view(I have some assumptions but that will help me understand it).

It should be small css issue and I can fix it quickly.

    Thank you
    Brajesh

    Thank you Herve.

I am glad you got it working.

For the single string, you can translate only that string and generate the mo file. The mo file will only contain the particular string and will work fine.

    Regards
    Brajesh
