@Brienp
You are welcome. Glad it worked.
@NikB,
Yup, you were already suspecting that 🙂 being Linux only had limited me too as the issue was OS specific. I am glad someone reported it on bporg trac and it had some eyes and solution 🙂 - Keymaster(BuddyDev Team)Posts: 25509Brajesh Singh on February 23, 2018 at 5:21 pm in reply to: Not able to choose the message privacy #13529
Hi vmfcselfie,
I am sorry for the inconvenience.
It seems you are logged in as super admin and viewing someone else’s profile.If you want to disable it for a user, please use user-siwtching plugin
https://wordpress.org/plugins/user-switching/
We have limited the settings to profile owner(It seems overkill and we will update for site admins in next update).
Hope that helps.
Thank you

Hi Kevin,
Thank you for posting.All you need is a front end editing capability for the gallery. It is easy. MediaPress has it built into the plugin.
I will suggest creating a page that lists the galleries of the logged in user. I just checked our shortcode for listing gallery. It lacks the capability to do that. I will add it and release an update.
Or you can always use MPP_Gallery_Query() (It extends WP_Query and will feel a lot like that).

Regards
Brajesh
