I am not sure what was the issue but in the current version(1.3.2), I am unable to reproduce it.
Yes, I was able to produce the issue earlier but in 1.3.2 It is working fine. It seems to me it was most probably related to post_exists behaviour that I changed in 1.3.2
Can you please try and let me know.

It should be in your public_html > wp-content > plugins assuming that public_html is where all the fiiles for community.pointlomatowncouncil.org is hsted.

Thank you for the reply. This is on my priority now and I am hoping to release a fix in 1.3.3(Released 1.3.2 today).
I will keep you informed. It will come in next couple of days for sure. The goal for 1.3.3 is Wall privacy(allowing custom default privacy), commenting improvements and a few more enhancements related to wall.
