Welcome to BuddyDev.
It is the global preference ticking in.
Please visit Dashboard->Settings->Bp Profile Visibility Settings
1. Please make sure that “Everyone” is selected as the default privacy
2. Also, There is an option whether to redirect or show protected on the profile. Please use the appropriate method there.
