    Thank you for the details and I am sorry for the inconvenience.
    It seems Our API for dealing with the updates have trouble when a membership overlaps with the ndividual product. Please allow us till 29th(we hope it will be sooner) to get it sorted out.

    Hi,
    Our apology for the inconvenience.
    Is it a multisite install? Then, this is the default way BuddyPress handles registration.

    Please visit Settings->BuddyPress->Settings and select a role to be assigned to the user.

    After that, the newly registered users will be assigned that role.

    Thank you.
    It should be fixed now.

    The problem was conflict of the sitewide gallery permalink slug and the gallery directory slug.

    The Sitewide Gallery permalink slug was set to “gallery”. Also, The gallery directory page you created also had the same slug “gallery”

    I have changed the sitewide gallery permalink slug top ‘site-gallery’ and it is working now.

    PS: If you plan to change the slug again, please make sure to flush the pemalinks to avoid 404 issue.

    Hi Brian,
    I have tested the plugins now.

    The problem I see is user is not able to upload from the sitewide activity widget. The activities created from other pages(e.g. Site’s activity/Profile activity) is displayed correctly.

    I am sorry but this can be fixed on part of RT Media only. They are the one who handle activity posting for the uploaded media.

    Can you please post it into their forum and let me know. I will be happy to assist if the need any help on our side.
