I am not sure about the cause. I will suggest deleting the addon and re uploading a fresh copy. If that does not work, Please disable your other plugins and see if it works or not?

Hi George,
That is a notice and most probably you had some mediapress extnesion etc enabled/disabled. It is not error( though it is bad to have notice ).For now, Please disable WP_DEBUG( It should not be enabled on live site anyway) and I will push the update which checks for existence of panel before accessing them.
