The plugin is for “BuddyPress” and follows the BuddyPress’s way to putting description below field name. If BuddyBoss has decided to put it above(I am not sure if they did), we are sorry but we are unable to change it for that.

I am sorry for the delayed reply. Just saw the mail and checked the site.The issue is css override.
You have the following code
body.page .content-area .entry-header { display: none !important; }This is hiding the headers. I am guessing it is in your Dashboard->Appearance->Customize->Additional CSS for hiding something.
Please check.
