    Hi Corrado,
    Thank you for the topic.

I assume that by region you are referring to the regions of individual country? I am sorry, I am unable to find any authentic list of regions for all countries. Please suggest and I will look into it.

    Regards
    Brajesh

    Hi Daniel,
    Thank you for the post.

At the moment, we are unable to offer support via email. I apologise for it.

    1. Activity pro is rescheduled and will be only available with our upcoming theme. Still, I am requesting @ravisharma to provide you code here to solve your specific usecase.

    2. Please do not use “Numeric” option. It will allow for any kind of data then.

    3. Please share a screenshot showing it and @ravisharma will assist you with it.

    Regards
    Brajesh

    Hi sierra ,
Taxonomies are not custom fields. Taxonomy has a different relation with post. We have checkbox view and we will give you the single/multiple drop down(not sure about radio yet) in next couple of release. It is already planned.

The single page is a simple WordPress post. The problem is if you have it enabled on profile, the layout /template is controlled by BuddyPress/BuddyBoss not us. We only utilize a part of that screen to show our content. I am not aware of any builder plugin that suports layout for BuddyBoss profile page at the moment.

You can still use elementor template(hopefully) if you disable the display of single post on profile and use it as normal post.

    Regards
    Brajesh

    Hi Michael,
Please make sure you are using the API keys from correct account. It seems to me that the API keys used for BuddyDev dashboard is either incorrect or not for a valid purchase.

Please use the api keys from the account that purchased the plugin and it will work.

    Regards
    Brajesh

    Hi Nicolas,
Thank you for the reply and clarifying.

I am sorry but that is not doable as a plugin.
The page layouts are part of theme structure and a theme can easily control it.

I will suggest contacting your theme author for the same and they can assist you with some custom code to achieve it.

    Regards
    Brajesh

    Hi sierra,
    Thank you for the reply.

We already have the options for

    1. select dropdown
    2. Radios
    3. Checkboxes

For specific help with them, Please open a new topic.
The plugin uses default blog layout form your theme(BuddyBoss in your case). So, the look and feel are inherited from theme.
As of elementor template is concerned, I am not sure how do you want to use it. Do you want to allow your users to create layout sing elementor template? At the moment, we don’t have anything like that.

    Regards
    Brajesh

Brajesh Singh on in reply to: Child theme not pulling from Pro after upgrade #36110

    Hi David,
Thank you for becoming a pro member.

I am glad it is resolved. Please make sure that you have the “community-builder-pro” theme installed too.

In order to upgrade from Community Builder to Pro, we need to follow two steps.

    1. Download and install the community builder pro theme
    2. Update the child theme(You have already done it correctly)

    Regards
    Brajesh
