I had a look.Can you please confirm that you translated the emails in the Branded login plugin? The emails are localizable and you can use poedit or any other tool to translate it.

is there any chance you had BuddyPress deactivated while deleting the user? WordPress cleans itself good.Also, any chance you are using multisite?

I am not aware of any such issue.
Are you sure you are using our plugin? I do not see any active subscription in your current account.Our plugin works well with BuddyPress as well BuddyBoss platform.
Please confirm the source of the plugin and I will assist.

@ravisharma helped me see the issue. It is a bug in the current version of BuddyBoss platform.The BuddyBoss team has fixed the issue causing it
