    Hi Eric,
This is not how BuddyPress private Groups work.

If a group is private, The links will not be available. This is how BuddyPress works.

For the Link page to Groups, It does not use the correct API for adding links, It uses an action to Hook the links at the end, that’s why you are seeing the link.

The links have nothing to do with the group. They are independent. If we used BuddyPress API for adding nav items, It would be hidden too.

The blog Categories as well as the Tabs pro uses proper BuddyPress API. In other words, these two will not put any visible link in private group(I am not 100% sure about Group tabs Pro as the visibility can be overridden).

Thank you for pointing out. We will be updating the plugin admin panel and fix the typo in next release.

    Regards
    Brajesh

    Hi Tamás,
BuddyPress Member Types pro is not compatible with BuddyBoss platform.

We have BuddyBoss Member Types pro which is. It seems your site is using BuddyBoss platform? We have it specified in our FAQ
    https://buddydev.com/plugins/buddypress-member-types-pro/

Will you like a copy of the BuddyBoss member types pro instead?

    Regards
    Brajesh

    Hi Hob Nob,
Please contact BuddyBoss support for the same.

Here is what I am guessing.

The infinite scroll they have implemented is by loading the complete next page via ajax and then extracting the posts section and appending to current page.

That part is failing for the Blog Categories for Groups. They may be able to provide you some css class or id to assist the theme in identifying post section.

    Regards
    Brajesh

    Hi Eric,
The problem is not with the plugin.
You can not make something from a private group as publicly available. This is working as expected.

If you do not want this behaviour, Please use public group.

    Hi,
I am sorry for not replying earlier.

    @ravisharma
confirmed me the bug and I confirmed that to you in my previous reply.

When I tried to recreate later for fixing, It did not happen for me. I was not able to recreate it for any group. I asked @ravisharma for the steps to recreate and even he was unable to recreate again.

Are you able to predictably create it? I followed your above steps and no such thing happened(@ravisharma was able to produce the error once).

is there any way for me to check it on your site or some way to predictable create it more than once. I believe some recursion is happening(from the message Ravi shared with me).

    Thank you
    Brajesh

    Hi Carsten,
    Thank you for the question.

you may use any of the image optimizers available for WordPress to optimize it while the image is uploaded on the server.

No, The plugin does not have any option to render sub sizes on the fly.

    Hi Nick,
    Thank you for the question.

The Age field is a discrete value and is not available as range. If you need rage slider, Please use our “Range” field.

    Thank you

    Hi Kritan,
I had a look at your account.

Your access to upgrade for this plugin expired on May 23, 2020. You had purchased 1 month support.

That’s why you are seeing the message.

    Regards
    Brajesh

    Hi Carsten,
Now I get it. You mean that it is not appearing the the latest activity update(which is shown in header or members directory for some theme).

Yes, That’s correct. We are not doing anything to show it there.

    Regards
