once they upgrade the mysql, Please deactivate/reactivate the plugin. That will create the tables successfully.

Hi Carsten,
Thank you.
Please visit dashboard->Settings->General menu and you will find the “Membership” option with label ” Anyone can register”. Uncheck and save. That turns off the registration completely.

1. What happens when you are saving the badge details? Is it giving some error? Can you please link me to a screenshot showing the badges page.

PS:- I just confirmed with BuddyBoss platform 1.4.9 that it is working. It is most probably some minor conflict.

Do you completely want to turn off registration? If so, you can do it form Dashboard->Settings->General screen.
