Will you be able to use it or need custom solution? Also, if it does not need to access site admin, how do you want to approve the users?

Also, for others looking at this topic, you may use BuddyPress Member Types pro to set custom default avatars & covers for genders(genders can be created as member type).

I am closing this topic as resolved due to age of the topic. Also, BuddyPress Member Types pro now provides the ability to set gender based(where gender are your member type) default avatars/covers.

Hi Milan,
the plugin is most probably using the_content to add that text. Also, It is not BuddyPress preview, It is the oembed preview.So, when asking for support, please ask them how to disable it in the oembed preview of the post.
I will suggest waiting for the developers suggestion and see if they provide some filter.

Hi Rav,
I have looked at it and now I will be able to help you.1. The link you shared is for BP Legacy template pack not for nouveau.
2. Modifying a minified asset is not a great idea.Now, that we are clear about it, You will need to make change sin buddypress/bp-templates/bp-nouveau/buddypress-activity.min.js or buddypress-activity.js(depending on whether SCRIPT_DEBUG is defined or not).
here is a screenshot form the minified file.

These take care of the comments even after loading via load more in Nouveau.

My apologies for the delayed reply.1. To fix the error messaging showing in the members directory, Please add following css.
.members-list.grid .bp-ajax-message { z-index: 2; }You can add it by visiting Dashboard->Appearance->Customize->Additional CSS.
PS:- Are you still facing the issue with restrictions not working for other members? If yes, Please do share me the credential to check the settings.,
