Please use it from the github repository.
The shortcode is same
[pcounts-total-users class="some-class-name"]
for total count of the users.
and
[pcounts-total-users class="some-class-name" role="subscriber"]
For role based count(here I am counting for subscriber).

Hi Rav,
no issues.
The including of the media in the activity commend can be turned off by a filter. We can not stop the comment from appearing in your stream though. The comment in the stream is normal BuddyPress activity comment.
If you need the filter, Please let me know. I will share.

At the moment, the plugin is purely a collection of field types.
What you are looking for is changing the behaviour of core BuddyPress fields. I am not sure if we want to have it in this plugin.
I will think about it a bit and will get back to you next week.
