Better still, I could change the text to say “Logged in users can upload their own images”, that sounds like I need to modify the translation files, any tips?

There’s just one more slight issue, when non logged in users access the page they get a message “Sorry, you are not allowed to upload here”, if there any way to not display that? If they are not logged in then not displaying the upload screen is enough.

I got what you mean and unzipped it then rezipped as Mediapress but it still did not work, still looking for a file.
Going to try to ftp it now

It’s still saying “Please select a file” when you try to upload it. Maybe I’m misunderstanding what you are asking me to do?
I downloaded the file Mediapress-master.zip from GitHib, then I renamed it to mediapress, and then I uploaded it to WP, then I got the above error message.
What I did not understand was why you asked me to extract mediapress-master, to then zip it again as mediapress, surely renaming it would do that?

That does not seem to work, I downloaded Mediapress-master.zip and uploaded it to WP, however it comes back with the error “Please select a file”, so something is wrong or I’m not doing it right
