Can you please grant me temporary access to test it. I am not sure what could be causing it. I remember we had similar issues in one of the previous version with your theme(I am unable to find the topic).
If I can check as a normal and admin user, I can see the difference and find the reason.

Thank you for the update.
Since I am unable to understand the issue. Can you please tell me if you notice some other element change on the page which might be causing it?
When you enable/disable that feature, It shows some hidden members or hides them. Most probably that is causing the issue with display(It should not in normal cases).
Also, can you please login as a normal user and see if you notice the same issue or not?
