    Hi Paul,
    Thank you for the patience.

Please hold the upgrade to 1.2.2 till this Sunday. There are issues on directory as well as on the profile page. On profile, It does lists user and their groups but not friends.

On sitewide activity, It does not seem to have any effect.

For me, The http://example.com/members/usernmae/activity/my-activity-stream/ works and redirect to http://example.com/members/usernmae/activity/. Please make sure the slug is ‘my-activity-stream’ , otherwise, the actual slug should be tested. Please do note that for logged in user, we set it as default page, so using the slug won’t have much effect.

I will update you on/before this Sunday with an update.

    Thank you
    Brajesh

    Hi Paul,
    Thank you for the details.

I will be looking at it in an hour.

The url will be 404 if you are not visiting your own profile. I will still look into it and get back to you with a solution.

    Regards
    Brajesh

    Hi Liran,

    Please download it form here

    https://buddydev.com/downloads/buddypress-dynamic-group-tab-content/versions/buddypress-dynamic-group-tab-content-1-0-0.zip

The Tab Content will appear in the Group Tabs menu.

    1. Please make sure to crate “Type” for each tab. In other words, We should use the Type as a way to relate to Tab.

    2. Please select a group(from the auto suggestion box)

Once you save the post, you will see a shortcode.

The shortcode is based on the type . You can use it inside any of the tab.

If the user visits a tab on a particular group, the tab contains this shortcode and you have added content that belongs to this type and specific group, It will be visible.

I will have more details with documentation by Saturday.

    Best Regards
    Brajesh

    Hi Paul,
Thank you for purchasing the plugin.

    My apologies for the inconvenience.

    1. Are the two plugins in conflict perhaps? – They will only conflict if both are active. If one is deactivated, it won’t be an issue.

    2. Am I looking at the right URL (mysite.com/activity/):- Yes, if the directory is enabled.

    3. I’m presuming the Your Stream tab should be the aggregated feed not just personal feed right? – Yes, you are right about this.

    4. I have not changed the slug in the setting (my-stream-activity) but where should I be seeing this used? What URL? – This is only important if the Your Stream tab is not the default tab for user. If it is not, the stream is shown at site.com/members/user/activity/new-slug-that-you-use

It seems the 1.2.2 is not behaving correctly on the site. I will need a few details to assist you quickly.

    1. Which version of BuddyPress are you using?

    2. Are you using BP Legacy Template pack or the BP Nouveau Template pack?

    3. Which theme are you using?

Please let me know and I will assist quickly.

    Thank you
    Brajesh

    Hi Margarita,
Sure. Please do let me know how it goes. The approval should work with it. It won’t restrict the user though.

    Hi Carsten,
    Thank you for posting.

Limiting the message based on subscription should be handled by the membership plugin not the private message plugin.

The Private Message Rate limiter provides enough filter to let any plugin customize the no. of message/time based on the role or level if they want.

You may hire a developer or use our customization service if you need integration with a 3rd party plugin.

About the UX:- For Non Nouveau(Bp Legacy), if a user has crossed the limit, they won’t be able to even access the compose screen.

If you are using Nouveau, We have to work within the limitations. Nouveau uses a lot of JS and does not provide much leverage with the UI. I am sorry but we can not do much if you are using Nouveau.

If you are using the bp-legacy template pack, we can certainly help if it is not working like I explained.

For Replies, It seems natural to have it the way it is currently as the replies are done via ajax and you can not know if the user has already exhausted the limit.

Please let me know if you are using BP Legacy.

    Thank you
    Brajesh
