Hi Shelly,
Are you using a child theme? If yes, Please copy community-builder/bbpress/loop-single-topic.php to yourchildtheme/bbpress/loop-single-topic.phpAfter that, please add the following line just before the closing ul tag.
<li class="'bbp-topic-content-small"> <?php echo wp_trim_words( bbp_get_topic_content(), 50 );?> </li>It will show the first 50 words from the topic description.

Thank you George.
For group notification, I will suggest looking into this(will need modification most probably for notification on upload).
https://github.com/sbrajesh/bp-group-activities-notifierYou can link to the activity permalink(assuming that activities are generated) and that will work as you expect from the UI point of view.

Hi Carsten,
Thank you.
Yes, It is a known bug.I will need some time before I can push an update for this. It is feasible to do it know and there are available filters for removing field ids.
Most probably, I will be able to post an update next week.
Thank you

Hi Bzoum ,
Thank you for considering MediaPress.The problem is most probably happening due to pre_get_posts filter misused by some code.
I have got a solution to this and I will most probably release an update for MediaPress today or tomorrow. I will inform you.
Your feedback will help us make it better.
Thank you for the patience.

Hi George,
Thank you for letting me know.We are not adding any notification on our own but letting the default BuddyPress notification for activity work.
I will look into it and let you know the feasibility. I certainly think it will be nice to have details.
