Hi Carsten,
I am sorry to hear about the issue.The issue is caused due to infinite redirect loop. This might happen when you have multiple redirects and the first one redirects to second one.
Try disabling some of the redirects.
The logout redirect has a new place
https://buddydev.com/plugins/bpdev-logout-redirect/It’s a tiny plugin and still supported.

Thank you for the reply.Even though we can help with minor modifications for now, we won’t be able to assist you with keeping your themes updated with each release.
Better solution is to atleast plan for moving from the current theme to some supported theme. Otherwise, It may be come a security issue in future.
I appreciate your long term association with us, so I will be glad to assist you with this registration issue but I may not be able to assist in the future updates of the WordPress.
Please confirm and share the FTP details and I will take care of the upgrade.

I am sorry, we are not aware of any issue like this.can you please disable the badges plugin temporarily and verify that it works when the badge is not enabled?

We don’t have any plugin or code to achieve that. If you are able to do it with WordPress using some plugin or code please let me know. We can easily add compatibility to MediaPress.Regards

Thank you for the reply.will it work if we assist you to achieve this without user type? I am not seeing any efficient way to do with user type.
Otherwise, It will be a straight forward job with custom code.
