    Hi Luca,
    I just realized that MediaPress doe snot need php-ffmpeg extension. we tried it on php 5.x series and haven’t used it at all since then. The php-ffmpeg does not seem to be available for 7.x

    Is there any reason you are looking for it with MediaPress? The Local Transcoder needs FFMPEG executable only.

    That plugin was not in a releasable state and was published due to mistake by one of our team members. We have gone slow with our release plans due to team facing health issues here. I am hoping to release it asap and will let you know then.

    Hi,
    There is no special procedure. We use Ubuntu server here and a simple apt-get install does it for us.

    I am not aware of any such requirement for WHM. Have you tried installing from WHM’s Easy Apache/other app management section.

    We do not offer support for installing/configuring servers as that is not our expertise. We do assist with configuring our own software.

    Welcome to BuddyDev forums.

    I am sorry, we do not support any compatibility with Youzer/youzify due to their non standard template implementations. The themes you have mentioned are premium themes and I don’t have access. Can you please request the theme developers for support and let me know if they need any assistance.

    I will be happy to assist with MediaPress integration. If they do not assist you, I will need access to one of the themes that you will be using and can test and add support for the same.

    I am sorry, I haven’t seen this issue earlier. Can you please make a screencast showing the BuddyCommerce settings(all tabs) and then show a demonstration of the issue you are facing.
