2. Now, please change the slug ‘help’, ‘test’ etc with the custom sub tabs. e.g ‘help-activity’ and it will work as expected.

Thank you.Changing our way of suggestion will take some time as we are working on changing the source. At the moment, the source is limited to xprofile and we are unable to do much about ti quickly.
I will add a settings page to choose the rule for directory suggestion. We will not be able to add the option to set that tab as default as BuddyPress/Templates have very complex way of handling default tabs/filters on directory.

Thank you for using BuddyBlog Pro.the Post permalink is handled by the code registering the post type as well as WordPress permalink settings(BuddyBlog only links to the single url).
1. Is there any chance the post type is private?
2. Have you enabled rewrite in post type registration.Regards
