No, It does not work that way.It is a like a user’s list. The user who created the list can filter activity to see posts from the users belong to specific circle but the circle does not act as privacy level.

Please avoid it. That example is for a specific use case and will not work with BuddyPress dues to the nature of requests and variation of data.Regards

I am sorry, we are unable to support Gutenberg editor. WordPress does not provide any easy to to accomplish it currently. We hope that in the future, when there is an api available for plugins to use Gutenberg editor for textareas, we will enable it.Regards
