Thank you for the question.The profile fields plugin will not be of much use in this case. You will need some kind of gym specific plugin to track the change.
If the plugin is not integrated with BuddyPress but provides shortcode, you can use it with our profile tabs pro to integrate in user profile.

I had a look.Can you please confirm that you translated the emails in the Branded login plugin? The emails are localizable and you can use poedit or any other tool to translate it.

is there any chance you had BuddyPress deactivated while deleting the user? WordPress cleans itself good.Also, any chance you are using multisite?
