Hi Maurice,
Thank you for the question.Local transcoder does not care about the location of FFMPEG. We do not use the complete path of executable. we assume that when we run ffmpeg from the commandline it work.
Please make sure shell_exec() works on your server as we use it for determining the existence of the FFMPEG binary.

Brajesh Hi Carlos,
Thank you for the reply.I assume you are trying to change the role of the user from Subscriber to something else?
Do you want user’s role to be different than subscriber(based on member type). If yes, have you configured member type to role association settings?

Hi,
Thank you for the question.
You can use the function xprofile_get_field_data() for fetching the details of a user.Regards
Brajesh Hi Daniel,
Since your cover upload works and profile works upload for groups, there are only 2 possible reasosn for the issue
1. You don’t have the profile upload for user enabled in BuddyPress settings
2. or your theme has some bug preventing you from upload. If you can confirm that first is not the issue then it has higher probability of being a theme related issue.

Hi Mikel,
You seem to have the tab enabled for all. You should set the visibility/visibility to certain roles/owner of profile.

Hi Daniel,
Please link me to the page. It is most probably a css override issue.Regards
Brajesh Hi Ramon,
Is there any way to predictably re-create it. The profile field is insignificant. It does not have much value other than updating user’s member type.
I don’t know which Wp Role plugin you used but I will recommend going to all registered member type settings as well as member type field and global member type settings too.
That can help understand the issue and resolve it.

BrajeshHi Carlos,
Thank you for the question.
Are you using member type field? If yes, there is an option to set default member type there.
Please let me know if you are facing any issue with it.

Hi JW520,
Thank you for the update.Since MemberPress is a pro plugin and we don’t have access sot their current version, we are unable to do anything about it currently.
I am glad it is resolved with PMPro. If it was not, we could certainly look into it as it is freely available.
