Hi Chris,
I will be sharing the code in next 3-4 working days. Need some time to put it.I won’t be able to share it for existing users. To be honest, For existing users or larger number of users, this needs to be done as plugin where we move the processing of search/adding in background queue and need to manage multiple queues(for existing users).
Due to time constraint, I will share the code which won’t be using background processing. Should work fine for smaller number of users though.

It is a common issue. I will suggest giving try to some of the antibot plugins.For example, this is a nice plugin.

Thank you.These two plugins will work great with BuddyBoss.
The only plugin that does not work properly is BuddyPress Member Types pro and I will suggest avoiding it for now.

Thank you for the question.I am not aware of any such issue with BuddyPress and as far as I have tested, the oEmbed seems to work fine.
Can you please share me a sample of link which is showing this behaviour?

Please try clearing browser cache(or hard refresh) and retry. It will work.
