You are welcome.
For the activation redirect:- There are 2 possible reasons:-
1 Some custom code/plugin/theme is restricting users
2. or you have setup custom redirect for non logged.
Please check if you can remember anything like that?

I am sorry that we changed the pricing just a couple of days ago.
We will be providing the script for adding users from current blog to multi network table by tomorrow.

Hope you are doing well.
Just keeping you posted of the update. I will be releasing this plugin this week. I will be needing another 3-4 days from today. The timeline is same as per previous reply. Just clarifying that weekends(Saturday/Sunday) are not effective working days.
