MediaPress galleries are available in the WordPress manage menu screen and can be directly added to any list. If you are on the Manage menu screen, you should see the “Galleries” link group as shown below.

If you don’t see one, you will need to enable it from the screen options.

Please look at the top right corner of your page and you will see screen options as shown below.

Click on the screen options and it will open a panel, You will see a list of things under “Show on screen”. Please check “galleries” as shown below.

As soon as you check that, Galleries will be listed in the left panel as shown below.

Click on that and now you can add any gallery to the menu.
