Hi Kuni,
No need to apologise.
Also, if it helps, I can add you to our live chat channel where I can assist you quickly. I will need to send you an invite(It’s slack alternative and we have just started using it). - Brajesh Singh on September 15, 2017 at 6:20 pm in reply to: Hide role type in directory of multiblog enabled multisite #10789
Hi Kuni,
Thank you. I just checked the message and site and I feel that now I can assist you better.Still, If I see the goal 1, goal 2 from the message, is that what you need? If yes, BuddyPress Member Types pro will be the most suitable.
1. Create a member type “staff” and make sure that all the staff have this member type.
In the member type settings, please check “Do Not list on directory” and the staffs will be hidden. All we need to do is redirect.
I am a bit confused between the reply here and the from the message.
if it is not too much, Can you please list exact goals here or in message(and we need to use only place to communicate to keep it less confusing).
Thank you

Thank you.
I have a question before I suggest some answer. Do you have the Multi Blog mode enabled for BuddyPress?

Hi Graham,
BuddyPress does not have a visitor widget. The BuddyPress core widget is Recently Active Members widget. My updates only concern BuddyPress recent visitors plugin. All other things are already covered by the Profile visibility plugin.

The current updates ads compatibility with the profile visibility manager. if a user has their profile invisible in directory, they won’t be visible in the recent visitors too.

Hi Vives,
Welcome to BuddyDev.1. Please translate it using any translation plugin. Or you may translate it on wp.org
2. I am sorry, I am not sure if I understood it. Will the media/gallery shortcode work for you? For the lightbox without comment, you will need to update a template file. Please do let me know if you are comfortable with template change?
3. We have a free addon(not in release state) which allows this
https://github.com/mediapress/mpp-global-shared-galleryAnd we are also working on a paid addon that gives fine grained control on each of the actions to other members.
Hope that helps.
Regards

Hi,
There are two parts1. Excluding users from listing
2. Redirecting from the profileCan you please tell me which parts you need help with and I will assist.
Please do note that on multisite, users may have different roles on different sites, so I need a little more information about your setup.
Thank you
Brajesh
