    Thank you for the question.

    The plugin allows you to link to external page but it does not control the opening behaviour of your tabs. I will suggest contacting your theme authors for some help with javascript to achieve that.

    Hi Carsten,
    Thank you for the detail. The problem with From/to field is it will not automatically updated each passing year.

    Date field is core field in BuddyPress and I am referring to Birthday field(where the option is to show as Age) for age.

    Hi Carsten,
    I am sorry, I do not know why is that happening but the field is not for date. May be some conflict/issue with profile search. I will need a week to check the profile search plugin.

    I haven’t checked recently but I believe the age range search was available with Date/Age field.

    Thank you for the reply.

    What you are looking for is the correct expectations but we are limited with the issue., We do not have much information about the context, so we are unable to provide a customized message for all the screens. A theme is in better position to do that(and we are planning this type of feedback for our future theme).

    For the time being, the plugin is limited and will not be able to provide the kind of feedback you are looking(even though I believe you are very right about it and the feedback should have this flow to feel more natural).

    Thank you for the question.

    The BuddyBoss plugin is not suitable for shared hosting. For a nice performance, Please make sure that you have at least a decent “VPS” hosting. It seems the Godaddy hosting plan is shared hosting.

    I will recommend opting for Siteground(managed WordPress or VPS) or Kinsta for the same. They will provide you a lot better performance.

    Thank you for purchasing from us.

    1. BuddyBoss platform allows you to upload videos in groups. Please visit WordPress Dashboard->BuddyBoss ->Settings and click on the “Media” tab.

    You will see the option to enable video for groups there.

    2. If you are using BuddyBoss, You do not need BuddyPro membership. Our “BuddyBoss Max” membership is enough for that. Also, It is less costly(just $179).

    Please confirm that you will be using our plugins with BuddyBoss and I will refund the difference.

    Thank you for the feedback.

    – When going back over the custom field once you’ve set it up, it seems to lose the setting for the form that it is using, this keeps needing to be set.

    I am sorry, I am unable to understand it. Please share me a link to the screenshot showing the issue. I might be missing something here.

    – When the custom fields are set there is no way to go back and edit them, you need to delete them and do a new field in order to make changes? This sounds a bit buglike (see image)

    This is by design. The custom fields are lightweight and you can create/delete them as many times as you need.

    The data from existing post is not deleted. So, in order to make them available again, you can add the custom field with the same “key”.

    – Once an item is published it seems to not save it and it 404’s, is this a setting issue?

    Probably the “Published” tab or the Posts List tab is disabled. Can you please check that?

    We are working on new features such as a different editor(Instead of tiny MCE, you can opt for Medium editor), allowing site admins to sell the ability to post) and a lot more. Should be available in next couple of weeks.

    Thank you for the name suggestion and you are very correct about it. We named it incorrectly. Will be updating the description with your suggested name.
