I am sorry, I regret our inability to assist you with it as it will need more than 30 mins and we do not provide free support for anything taking more than 15 mins.Here is a tip though. The member types are taxonomy terms and the user objects are added to the member types just like posts.
so, if you are able to find the code for sorting posts by taxonomy terms, you can apply the same for users with slight modification.

Thank you for the reply. Did you enable the extensions using the plugin?The constant ALLOW_UNFILTERED_UPLOADS only works for administrators. Please let me know if you have it enabled using the plugin?

Do you have any code or plugin that hides or filters members list. It seem the counts are changed by that.you may use Dashboard->Tools -> BuddyPress and try fixing the counts.

1. Are you able to download the plugin from our site?
2. If you are uploading from Dashboard->Plugins->Add New screen and it is showing the error, is there any security plugin installed that prevents/makes folders readonly?Please let me know and I will assist.

Hi Dave,
Thank you for using MediaPress.The extensions .doc, .docx are not anbled by WordPress for security reasons. You will need to enable the mime types for these extensions.
You can use a plugin like this https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-extra-file-types/ to allow these extensions.
