Ravi is away for the time being, so I will assist till then.The response you have shared is for the heartbeat requests and not related to the troubleshooting.
Please open the activity page, then open the console panel, open the Network tab and then make sure to clear all requests there.
Now, try adding a comment and check the requests sent to wp-admin/admin-ajax.phpIf you skip the heartbeat requests, there should be one single request for comment. Can you please tell us if it receive any response and if yes, what response does it receive.

Hi Erwin,
The avatar is not related to roles. It is related to member type.If the member type is correctly assigned and avatar is not, something else is overriding default avatar for the user.
Can you please grant us temporary admin access to check and assist you further.

Thank you for the patience.1. We are unable to put the shortcodes soon. It is on our roadmap when we release the plugin for standalone WordPress. Our current goal is to focus on field types and better experience.
2. Category as select dropdown. This is coming soon. On terms page, we are adding the view option to let you select the category view(dropdown, checkbox, multiselect etc).
3. We can help you provide the number of rows which normally controls textarea height. Some theme or other plugin may forcefully override it though.
