You can either exchange it with

I had a look and the issue was as expected.The CPTUI registers post type on ‘init’ action with 10 priority while the bp_setup_nav is also called on the same but prior to CPTUI’s call.
Due to this, The custom post types were not available when registering user nav. I changed the hook to init with lower priority for registering nav and it is working. I have updated it on your site too.

Thank you for the patience.The plugin is working when following private accounts. I made a profile private and followed them from the members directory. They got the notification.
If you are referring to making button available on the profile page, sorry, that is beyond the scope of this plugin.

Thank you for the question.Currently, It is not possible to reliably detect number of activities viewed. An activity can be viewed inside the stream while it may be viewed by its own permalink page.
Counting inside the stream is not straight forward and that’s why I am unable to suggest any code.
