There is a guideline to set up the User profile tab Posts Uploads settings with BuddyBlog Pro

BuddyBlog Pro having a media uploads functionality to posts you can enable or disable as per your requirement.

Here is a screenshot showing Posts Uploads panel options:-

1. Allow uploading media?:- Allow user to upload images etc. to their posts
2. Enable upload for:-  Enabled users role will be able to upload media files.
