Thank you for asking.
We don’t have any other shortcode plugin for BuddyPress except the activity shortcode.I saw that there were existing plugins by PressCrew and later by another developer, so I and my team avoided the duplicate effect.
I am not sure if we should step into to creating something like it yet. If the other plugins are not maintained, then we will consider it in future.

Hi Bo,
I am sorry but the hiding of profile options in the admin needs a lot of hack(using css/js) and I don’t like that way of doing things.If you have some plugin that allows it based on role, or removes it , Please link me and I can assist to make it based on roles quickly.

Hi Bo,
I believe you need repeatable text field for the pros/cons.
The interface can be like some many task management tools where user can add multiple points.You can store each of the pro/cons as assay in WordPress custom field.
Please do know that if your goal is to make some analytic use of it in future, you won’t be able to do that.

I am sorry but from the above code that is the only thing that needs to be changed.It seems I will need to install the plugin and check if the top leaderboard is coming from somewhere else.

Hi Slim,
yes, It is possible to do so.The problem is you will need dynamic part for url upto the displayed user section which is not available in current version.
Once I release the update, I will show some examples using the duynamic url for displayed, logged user as well as in shortcode the ids dynamically without hardcoding.
That will give us immense flexibility.

Sorry, I could not reply yeaterday.I will post a few screenshots today showing my setup exactly. Before that, can you please tell me if you have any specific locale set?
The default is en_US for WordPress, but it is possible to change, so just trying to know if it different in your case.
