I am sorry, Th HTTP Error is a strange one for us too as I don’t remember seeing it recently.1. Is there any chance you are using multiple media plugin or media optimization plugins
2. Can you please check if there is space available for uploads(upload quota).If these two are fine, then you may want to take a look at this blog post and try there suggestions.

Thank you for the question.It works with BuddyBoss. We only update the plugin when it needs new feature or has any compatibility issue. That’s why you are seeing the dates.
PS:- It may cause 404 on accessing groups for non members if the default tab is not accessible.

Thank you for the suggestion.The plugin is not meant for group admins.
We may plan something similar for group admins but I am not sure where/how would the featured list should appear in group.
