Welcome to BuddyDev support forums.1. Can you please clarify what is destination link? Profile tabs can be either a sub page of user’s profile(e.f members/username/some-tab/[some-sub-tab]) or you can setup a direct “link” to other pages eg. “http://example.com/some-page”
Please let me know the issue in a bit more details.
2. Please share your order ID to allow us assist. I am unable to find any active order id with your account. If you are representing a client, Please share their order id.

Thank you for the question.We will need to add it as a trigger in the plugin. Please allow us a week for the same.
Please do note that the plugin will only do auto friendship for global lists without activation(it works on registration). In all other case, it doe does not do anything if a user does not activate their account.

Hi Mark,
Thank you for using the plugin.The profile tabs Pro plugin does not add any such functionality on its own. If you have a plugin that allows users to upload and list media, you can use the shortcodes inside the tabs.
If you are using BuddyPress, you may check MediaPress or RT Media. These 2 plugins provide similar functionalities(and you will not need Profile Tabs plugin in that case).

2. Now, please change the slug ‘help’, ‘test’ etc with the custom sub tabs. e.g ‘help-activity’ and it will work as expected.
