You can add users to one or more member type based .

To Add/Edit member type, please visit Dashboard->Users->Member Types ash shown below.

On the New/edit member type screen, you will see the box for associating rgroups with member types as shown below.

You can associate one or more group as you want.

A user will be added to these groups based on their member type. Changing user’s member type will add them to the groups associated with their newly assigned member type. It will not remove their older groups.
